Planning your arrival

1
Exact address is in your confirmation
For privacy and security, the Lodge address is not listed publicly. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive the full address and a detailed arrival guide. If you book direct, you'll get this immediately after payment.
2
Property manager greets every group
Your property manager will meet you at 4:00 PM, walk you through the property, answer any questions, and make sure you're settled before leaving. Plan to arrive close to 4:00 PM if possible.
3
Download the Blue Ridge app before you leave
The Blue Ridge Mountains app is the best local guide for restaurants, activities, and events. Download it before you leave home — cell coverage along US-515 can be intermittent in spots.
4
AWD/4WD recommended in winter
The Lodge sits at elevation and the driveway can ice in winter months. All-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended for December through February stays. Contact us if you're unsure about conditions for your dates.
5
Stock up before heading up
There's a Walmart and several grocery stores in Blue Ridge proper, about 10 minutes from the Lodge. If you're arriving late, we recommend stopping on your way in. Once you're settled at the Lodge, you may not want to leave.
