Accessibility
The Lodge at Deer Crest is designed to accommodate guests with a range of mobility needs. We want every member of your group — regardless of ability — to move through the property comfortably and independently.
Full Feature List
We want to be straightforward about where the property has limitations so you can make an informed decision.
The property sits on 4 acres of natural ridge terrain. Wooded trails, the firepit area, and areas away from the main deck involve natural, uneven ground. These areas are not designed for wheelchair access.
The driveway to the property is a private mountain road. It is paved and navigable by all vehicles, but does involve curves and grade. We recommend guests be comfortable with mountain driving or have a driver familiar with the area.
The hot tub requires stepping up and over a standard tub edge. There is no zero-entry hot tub option. A portable lift system is not currently available but may be arranged on request — contact us before booking.
The lower-level game room and theater room are accessible via elevator, but the game room layout includes some tighter pass-through areas around game tables. The theater room is fully open and accessible.
We'd rather you ask us directly before booking than find out something doesn't work once you're here. Reach us and we'll give you an honest answer about whether the property is the right fit for your group's needs.
We respond to all accessibility enquiries the same business day.
